Abdoulaye

Professor Abdoulaye KEBE, Senegalese, is a recognized expert in the field of education and vocational training. He currently holds the position of Director of the École Normale Supérieure d’Enseignement Technique et Professionnel (ENSETP) at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD) and is Inspector General of Education and Training (IGEF) since 2005.
His expertise covers the design of training programs, the evaluation of educational systems and the support of educational institutions in their strategic development. He has trained many teachers, trainers and methodologists in Africa, particularly in Senegal, Mali and Tchad, and has contributed to the development of training programs for various ministries and international organizations.
Prof. KEBE is also a consultant in training engineering and skills development, with solid experience in facilitating educational reforms and integrating new technologies into learning.
With over 30 years of experience in teaching and 18 years in educational engineering, he specializes in the Competence-Based Approach (APC) and E-learning.
He was elevated to the rank of Knight of the National Order of the Lion by the President of the Republic of Senegal.
He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Paris-Sud and a Master's degree in Engineering Technologies in Education (University of Cergy-Pontoise, France). He holds a Certificate of Aptitude for Secondary Technical Vocational Education (CAESTP), electrical engineering option and a Certificate of Aptitude for Middle Technical Practical Education (CAEMTP) option in technological education.
