Dr. Lassadi is a senior development expert with over 17 years of experience in business development, workforce management, youth engagement, gender equality, and curriculum enhancement across Europe. She has played a pivotal role in USAID’s MEG and BRCP projects, leading expert teams to implement strategic action plans in post-conflict zones in Yemen, Libya, and Tunisia, focusing on SME competitiveness and job creation.
Dr. Lassadi has crafted numerous partnership agreements to improve management, marketing, and HR practices, significantly boosting sales and creating sustainable jobs across diverse sectors, including agribusiness and ICT. She has worked with vocational institutions to align curricula with industry needs and led impactful workforce development initiatives.
Dr. Lassadi holds a doctorate in development studies and has conducted extensive research, particularly in workforce development and fisheries, receiving recognition from USAID. She is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
