Professor Patricia Zamalloa-Hügel is senior advisor at Paeradigms and has over 20 years’ experience working in international cooperation, evaluating, and advising project in different countries of Africa, Latin America, Asia, and East Europe. Born and raised in Peru, she has long-standing evaluation experience (incl. training, strategic and operational planning, results oriented monitoring) in international development cooperation with an emphasis in participatory approaches as well as conducting gender and conflict-sensitive evaluations, fostering the inclusion of vulnerable groups (women, youth, IDPs, refugees, people with disabilities). She also advises the German Federal Ministry of Baden-Württemberg (Germany) on community-development politics with a special focus on intercultural affairs and inclusion of migrant organisations. As a Professor for Economics and International Relations at Schiller International University (Germany), she teaches International Relations with focus on Development and North-South Politics.
