Vadym Lytvyn is Ukraine-born and had his education in Ukraine. He is the Head of Association of Energy Auditors of Ukraine and Director of engineering company CEE LLS. He has over 16 years of experience in preparing and supporting the energy efficiency projects and providing training in this field. He started his career in supporting the projects of Word bank for Kyiv public buildings (implementation the monitoring and verification system) as a specialist. He had worked in the field of energy efficiency of the public and residential building as contractor, trainer, energy auditor and team leader. Currently, he is the head of the engineering company LLC and take part in a lot of the projects, including international projects with GIS, NEFCO, EIB, EBRD etc.
