Paeradigms was evaluating the emergency and nutrition response  distribution system to recommend and implement measures that  strengthen health system support to rural healthcare units, and  provide capacity development to on site personnel.

Energising Development (EnDev) is a multi donor partnership coordinated by GIZ and RVO that accelerates access to modern energy technologies and services for households, social institutions, and SMEs across 20 countries in Africa and Southeast Asia. To deepen its commitment to gender equality, EnDev seeks comprehensive, practical support that embeds gender responsive and gender transformative approaches across programmes, building on its Gender Strategy, operational guidelines, and prior gender analyses and action plans.

UNESCO supported the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of Senegal (Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l’Innovation – MESRI) in strengthening technical and engineering higher education through the China Funds-in-Trust Phase Three, working with the École supérieure polytechnique (ESP) of Cheikh Anta Diop University and the École polytechnique de Thiès (EPT) to improve curriculum relevance, teaching quality, employability pathways, collaboration with industry and gender equality.

COFICAB, a global leader in automotive cable production, is a key actor in Morocco’s transition towards a green economy. Under the GIZ PPE‑2 programme, implemented with M4Edu, Paeradigms delivered a five‑day train‑the‑trainer programme on sustainability and green skills at COFICAB’s facility in Tangier. The training enabled COFICAB’s internal trainers to integrate sustainability principles and green skills across all training programmes, aligning capacity development with the evolving environmental requirements of the automotive sector.

Paeradigms was engaged to support the financial and organisational sustainability of both the Zoran Djindjic Alumni Network and the Internship Programme of German Business for the Countries of the Western Balkans. In close collaboration with the alumni, Paeradigms ensured that both the network and the internship programme would continue to thrive beyond the  funding phase.

Paeradigms conducted research and developed country case studies providing evidence-based analysis of green skills and jobs across sectors. The studies examine policy frameworks, labour market trends, skills gaps, and solutions for human-centered transformation while addressing social equity and supporting Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). Paeradigms' research focused on Brazil (construction, particularly cement production), Kenya (transport and agriculture), and Pakistan (renewable energy and climate-smart agriculture). The studies form part of a flagship report launched at COP30 in November 2025 by the Global Initiative on Skills for the Just and Green Economy.

VLIR‑UOS plays a central role in Belgium’s academic development cooperation, strengthening partnerships between Flemish universities and institutions in the Global South. For the ICP Connect 2025 cycle, Paeradigms’ Senior Partner served on the official selection committee, supporting a rigorous process to identify high‑quality international master’s programmes. The role reflects recognised expertise in sustainable development, international higher education, and evaluative practice, contributing to a transparent and evidence‑based decision‑making process.

Paeradigms supported GIZ in implementing the PESEREE III  Human Capacity Building (RCH) project in Senegal. The project  focused on improving teaching and leadership capacities at  vocational institutions, improving internship supervision, and  developing a sustainability strategy for ISEP Mbacké’s Green Campus.

As the transformative ProEducação project in Mozambique concludes in 2025, Paeradigms is leading a knowledge continuity process to preserve and apply ProEducação's innovations and insights, ensuring their sustained influence on future educational frameworks and methodologies in the region.

UfM has successfully established exchange platforms through  various projects, conferences, and training sessions aimed at  addressing high unemployment among youth and women across  the Mediterranean region. Yet, a significant skills gap remains  between higher education outcomes and employer demands.  To bridge this gap, UfM is supporting its partners in empowering  local workers through targeted upskilling and reskilling initiatives,  particularly in sectors with strong potential for green growth,  contributing to sustainable development in the region.
